If you would like to file a warranty claim, please provide a copy of your receipt or online purchase order, the model number, the part you are requesting, and your shipping address. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. If your product falls within the warranty period, we will ship you a replacement part free of charge in 5-7 business days.
